NBC Cancelled Fashion Star

One of my favorite shows, Fashion Star, a fashion competition show that let aspiring designers compete to have their designs sold in stores like Macys, Saks and Express, has sadly been cancelled.

The show fell downhill after the first season ended and the host Elle Macpherson and H&M left the show. They were replaces by Louise Roe and Express for the second season.

While filming season two, the show's crew went on a picket strike for pension and health benefits.


Although this show is now off the air, we still can look forward to Rihanna's new fashion competition show, "Styled to Rock" on the Style network.
